WHAT TO EXPECT
As an omakase restaurant, our chefs will curate your dining experience individually, meaning there are no menus or à la carte options. Instead, we are driven by our team’s culinary expertise and the seasons.
Our menu celebrates top-quality produce and seafood, both imported from Japan and sourced from local Australian producers. Alongside our omakase offering, we serve a range of wine, beer, sake and tea.
DIETARIES
Unfortunately, the nature of our menu means we are unable to cater to vegetarians, vegans or customers who have food allergies or intolerances to shellfish, soy and gluten. While we try to accommodate other dietaries with advanced notice, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are allergy-free due to the potential of trace allergens in the supplied ingredients.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Our booking cancellation policy requires a credit card to secure the reservation. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking will incur no cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of $145 per person (lunch) or $255 per person (dinner).
CHILDREN
We welcome children aged 12 years and older to dine with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to younger children due to the dining style and intimate setting of our restaurant. Guests of all ages are required to dine on our omakase menu.
